Art. 1. Denomination of the Wines The controlled place of origin (DOC) ‘Cortona’ is reserved to the wines that correspond to the prescribed requirements of the present regulations of production, for the following types: Rosato, Chardonnay, Grechetto, Pinot Bianco, Riesling Italico, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Merlot, Pinot Nero, Sangiovese, Syrah, Vin Santo, Vin Santo Riserva and Vin Santo Occhio di Pernice. |
