Art. 8. Packaging

8.1 – Nominal Volumes
The wines, as listed in Art.1 above, may be introduced on the market only in glass containers having a nominal volume of up to 6 litres, with the exception of the three typologies of Vin Santo for which it is solely allowed to use containers from 0,375 to 0,750 litres.

8.2 – Corking and Containers
For the corking of wines, it is obligatory to use full-mouthed corks or other similar material.  Limited to the packaging from 0,187 to 0,375 litres and with the exclusion of Vin Santo typologies, it is allowed to use a screw cap.
